We did a Geotree it was fun.

Year 6 Camp

 Year 6 Camp

The first day of year 6 camp.

The first day of camp we had to walk all the way to the capins it was a 2 and half an hour walk it was hard and I got tried very very fast. We walked past a rock beach and we got to go down and look at the animals and creatures down in the water and rocks.

Then we walked to the farm up ahead that took as at least 1 hour to get there. When we got there I saw a pig eat to baby chicks!!

It was sad, Then we had to walk up a hill to get to the capins.(we all walked at least for 1 hour to get up there) after we got up we did many active's but when we got up there for the first day, we had free time.

My favorite thing about how we got free time was the tree rope swing:

and there was many more and I really liked archey tag the most that was really fun if you got hit you would have  to go on the side an wait till someone from your team catchs a arrow or the next round was 1 minute to wait.

It was fun the 3 days we had at camp.

Hello, today I wrote a story about "Iron Man".I have done this in 1 day. I was having fun when I did it.

Who did it 

 I did a slide about a story I read. The story title was "who did it". I was doing this slide for 1 week. Usually, we do a Topic for 3 weeks but this week we did this slide it was fun. For the slide and the sheet I read, I had to take all the info from the story to my slide.  There were settings feelings the people and more. I hope you enjoy my slide. 

Reflection: I think I did well at the slide its not the best but I think that I have done well on it. 

 Next Step: I think my next step would be to think of other things than the one everyone has done.

Prototec

 My Math!!!

Hello, and I have done some more prototec to show you I hope you like it!!

We had 15 minutes to do one prototec and I took 7 minutes and 24 seconds, not the best time ever but I tried my best.  I was doing stage 5 I think I want to try to do stage 6 next time I don't know if I am able to get them all right tho.

Reflection: I think I did really good at math but not the best.

Next step: I think next time I should try to get up to stage 6 and go faster

 My Step Web Goals

This term our focus for Goal Setting is Steps Web.  In July, I set a goal for the rest of the term. I  am reflecting on my Step minutes and my models. I will be showing or telling you how I have improved or I have not improved.

 

So I had done 411 minutes and I have done and today I am at 608 minutes so I have done 197 minutes. I thought I would do more but I didn't but it is ok. Next time I will use some of my time to do more. I think I should try to do more steps. I think that  I will have to set a new goal but I think I will stay with doing 20 minutes a day and try to get 200 gold medals. I think I want to try to get more next time I do my steps.

This is what I have done in the lockdown when we were not at school it was fun but there were some downs. But it was fun after all I got to play with my sis to do school work it was fun but hard at the same time.

The Schipperke is loyal to his family and good with children. However, he is a little wary of strangers and makes an excellent watchdog. On the Te Ara Takitini site, Miss Waho put out some math and reading sites and I tried funbrain one of the sites I learn a lot from it and it was very fun too.

 Book Character Day 

This week on 8.7 we had a Book Character Day it is fun we get to dress up as a Book Character I dressed up as Draco Malfoy and My friend Olivia was harry potter and we were acting to hate each other but we did not really. That day we did a Book Character Day parade  I really liked it because then we went around in a circle. Then we all went on the steps and we were seeing if who got the awards and lots of awards and bags of stuff got handed out it was fun. I think this was the best day that I had ever. I hanged out with lots of people and played with some people that I have not hanged out with before. today was funny cool and really amazing. I think that it was cool and fun I really hope we can do this again because I had lots of fun today. Sometimes I wish we could do this every day now because enjoyed see everyone's other outfits.  These are some of the people I hang out with today. I hope you enjoyed what I told you about my day I really in enjoyed telling you all about my DAY! (: please enjoy the rest of your day.

Roles And Responsibilities

Kia Ora!, I have been doing my roles and responsibilities doc my fabulous teacher  Miss Waho has shared this with me. I have got 6 of them I didn't know what else to do cause we could have done more but it is actually harder then you think because you are thinking of it but they just don't come to your head. I have done this to help out with my learning and it is also reminding me about the stuff I have to do like at school or home. I have edited it so the background and text are different from when I got it. I really hope you enjoy it.

Our Cultures

This year we are learning to say and share our mihi.  We have started this learning by creating a Google Drawing that says our name and where we are from.  We have the flag from our country and images of things and places that represent our culture.  This is the start of our mihi.

Tumahana School Trip

On Monday Takitini went on a school trip to the Christchurch hall.   All the students went on the bus I got bus sick and 20 minutes later we were at the hall we went in it looked super fancy we went in me and my friend sat next to each other it started people were walking down it was cool one of the people were on top of another person. I was watching and I saw when a girl was dancing a boy came up to her and danced with her and the girl had a boyfriend and then he walks in with a huge light saver it was cool I was scared when he came out he yelled I got scared it was amazing.
