I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Congratulations on completing another activity. This Google Slide looks great! It sounds like you use lots of helpful sites and apps at school. I've heard of Mathletics before but the other two are new to me. I'll have to look into them for my students. :) Is maths your favourite subject?
Have a wonderful day, Marsali. Keep the Summer Learning Journey posts coming! :)
Kia Ora Marsali! My name is Nadia, I'm a year 11 student from Hornby High and I will be commenting on some of your posts for the SLJ 2020! Great job on yet another post, you've done a great job of creating a Google Slide that is easy to read and understand. I've heard of and used both Mathletics and Maths Playground. I used to find them very fun and learned a lot from them, especially when I was in Primary school. How often do you use these websites/apps?
I liked how you mentioned that this is a SLJ task in the title. Maybe next time you could mention what the SLJ is in a small blurb at the start of the blog post. It might also be useful to mention what the task was and why you did it the way you did. I think it would be helpful to viewers to help them understand.
Have a great night, Awesome job on this blog post- keep up the great work, I hope to see a reply or two from you, remember, it gets you more comments Until next time - Nadia :)
Please structure your comments as follows: Positive - Something done well Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give some ideas for next time or Ask a question you want to know more about
